The Lookout

Situated on a private beach just 1.5 miles from North Berwick, The Lookout is perched at the far end of a beautiful sandy bay with uninterrupted views out towards the Bass Rock and the Firth of Forth. 

Built in 2024 this architecturally designed timber clad beach house has both stunning views and beautiful luxurious interiors.

There is no vehicular access as the house is accessed on foot via a 350 yards grass pathway. It is therefore not suitable for those with mobility issues. 

There are two bedrooms both located on the ground floor, the master has a king size bed, access out to the balcony and stunning views of the Bass Rock. The second bedroom had a double bed and it also has a view of the Bass Rock. Towels and Bathrobes are provided but we ask that you bring your own beach towels. It sleeps 2-4.

Located between the two bedrooms is a beautiful shower room with a marble Lusso sink, wall mounted taps, waterfall wet room walk in shower and underfloor heating. Laura Thomas Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Wash, Hand Wash and Body Lotion are provided.

The well stocked Archispek kitchen has the following appliances - dishwasher, induction hob, combi microwave/ oven, fridge/freezer. Above the kitchen is a mezzanine level which is utilised as a storage space by the owners.

There is access out onto the balcony from the open plan living / kitchen / dining area, and there's also access out onto the outdoor seating patio via some steps from the dining area. 

Situated within the utility cupboard is a washing machine and clothes dryer, various games and cleaning materials.

Unfortunately The Lookout is not suitable for pets or children under the age of 8.
