THE BARN
Experience rustic charm with modern comforts in our beautifully renovated Barn, located on the outskirts of North Berwick. Surrounded by stunning farmland, this property offers a serene retreat. Just a short walk from the nearest beach and a 20 minute stroll to the bustling High Street packed with independent shops, restaurants and cafes. The Barn sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Plus, it's dog friendly, so your furry friend can enjoy the fun!
THE LOOKOUT
Enjoy the ultimate seaside escape in 'The Lookout', our newly constructed beach house situated on a private sandy beach just a mile and a half from North Berwick. With uninterrupted views out to the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock, this is the perfect retreat for wildlife enthusiasts and those looking to relax and get away from it all. Sleeping 2-4 this is the perfect retreat for couples. There are two bedrooms - a king and a double. Children aged 8 or over are welcome, however it's not suitable for pets. Please note that The Lookout is accessed on foot along a 350 yards grass pathway, so it is not suitable for those with mobility issues.
